in Iran, the assembly line of "Nissan Patrol" for sports utility van
and pick up models powered by 4 and 6 cylinder engines substituted for older
cars. In the meantime, since 1997, further to the production of these models,
Pars Khodro purchased another assembly line from SAIPA to produce "Renault
5" as a new brand called "Sepand I & II).
